FOR RENTAL CARS
- We need a Refundable deposit(in Cash) ranging from 20,000LKR to 50,000LKR depending on the vehicle
- If the customer is a local(Sri Lankan), we need copies of driving licence and national identity card, and a billing proof(electricity bill or a water bill for example)
- If the customer is a foreigner we need a copy of driving licence and original passport(We guarentee that we will return it safe when you return the car), in case you can not provide us the passport, we will need an additional 30,000LKR refundable deposit apart from the amount mentioned above.
- Dear Foreigners, Please be kindly informed that in-order to rent out a vehicle from us you should have Either the international driving licence or the driving licence issiued by AA Ceylon for foreigners which is valid(Maximum 6 months, and it depends) during your period of stay in Sri Lanka, your country driving licence is not enough, if you are willing to take a proper driving licence which is valid in Sri Lanka, we will assist you.
- Do not bargain our fixed rates, if you feel like bargaining, please be kind enough not to call us, it will waste both yours and ours time, discounts will be given if the rental period is more than 7 days.
- 10% discount for first 7 days, 7 th day should be completed
- 15% discount for 8 to 15 days
- 20% discount for 15 days to one month
- we highly believe bargaining is non-professional, since we have placed reasonable prices.
- All the charges are mentioned in Sri Lankan Rupees, because the conversion rates into USD changes daily, thus in case if you are willing to pay the sum in USD or some other currency kindly refer GOOGLE CURRENCY CONVERTER.

If you are looking for a car with driver, 2,000LKR will be charged in addition to the rental rate as the drivers salary and you will have to bear the fuel cost which can be arranged free, if the travelling distance is below 100km per day
Note:
-No vehicle will be reserved if without any advanced payment, Advanced payment should be either 50% of total charge or as decided by the company.
-Advanced Payments will NOT be refunded on cancellation under any circumstances once payed, and you have no right to ask for refunds as you are already clearly informed, and you should have gone through these statements before making any payment.
